kindly they offer me up grade room in upper 30 th floor.As a traveller like me it was useful the lunge where in 30th and chef's cooking unforgetabl.The sauna bath belong to the poor is fantastic with nice photogenic view because of huge window, better than four seasons in west.
.To go to central it isa short distance but not very easy Wan Chai station is bit far,taxi is sometimes unkind& unclean.Without london taxi of this hotel will be little unhappy.now even the standard room in this category hotel in HK TV in the bath room is must item .I request one.

Instant superb service for all needs.
1) They will not let you pay with an international debit card, but don't tell you in advance, ie as you reserve. They have no debit clearing house. You can only use an international credit card. They should do the right thing and fix this. 2) The mattress smelled moldy. I did not register a complaint on this one.

Having stayed at maybe 50 different 5-star hotels during the past 5 years, this is the first time I have been thoroughly disappointed. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we did not at one (!) moment feel that our business was valued, let alone appreciated. One 3 occasions we had to wait for more than 2 minutes before customers services answered the phone and on 4 occasions more than 30 minutes for simple deliveries to be made. Best was when we were charged 15 eur for a staff member to help my wife giftwrap a wedding present - not exactly what one would expect when paying almost 1000 eur per night. Two words seems to describe Grand Hyatt hk these days (what a shocking difference to when we last stayed there, 2 years ago!): slack and greed. Whatever you do, go someplace else (after 4 nights we ended up changing to the much smaller icon hotel, which was 1/3 the price, welcoming and with way better service. Not good enough!).
